We manage over 60,000 square foot of workspace on Ashwin and Abbot Street in Dalston, Hackney. We let studios and desk spaces at the current market rate to a mix of tenants, from small businesses and creative and social entrepreneurs to charities and start-ups.
We offer practical support to our tenants with business development, subsidised rent, free event spaces, and fundraising. We offer a series of programmes for young entrepreneurs that want to develop their own businesses and social enterprises.
